So now that Dropbox uses the File Provider API, does it still have an edge over Google Drive? I pay for both but would prefer to consolidate if I could.

It’s been a few days since upgrading Dropbox to the new File Provider API and syncing is noticeably slower. Specifically when downloading remote folders to be used locally.
This is a bummer because Dropbox was always the fastest and most reliable syncing service for me.
